Teaming up with fellow vocalist Alex Laurence for her latest offering, ‘Sunbeam’ continues to explore more of that wistful folk-pop aesthetic she has been developing since she first emerged. With the pair’s beautifully endearing dual vocals spread across this warm and lofty product throughout, she is certainly looking to swoon us with this one.
Matching the same ethereal and atmospheric nature as contemporaries like Laura Marling and Sharon Van Etten, ‘Sunbeam’ has this wonderfully powerful energy running through it. She may only have a handful of releases under her belt right now, but ‘Sunbeam’ feels like her most progressive release to date. Opting for a brighter and more uplifting sound than most, she continues her vibrant ascent and unveils something truly mesmerising from start to finish.
