Dublin songwriter Rose Wallace Goldaline returns with new single ‘Don’t Take All This For Granted’, a warm and reflective release that trades emotional heaviness for quiet gratitude and understated intimacy.

The project is one of several musical outlets from Conor Fagan, who also records as Isidore. Taking its name from a recurring character referenced in songs by Neutral Milk Hotel, Rose Wallace Goldaline initially emerged through themes of grief, regret and emotional aftermath. This latest single, however, shifts the focus toward finding small moments of light in ordinary life.

Written in a single stream of consciousness during a bleak winter afternoon, ‘Don’t Take All This For Granted’ leans into simplicity rather than drama. Lo-fi acoustic guitars, soft mandolin and layered backing vocals create a gentle sense of warmth, giving the track a distinctly lived-in atmosphere that never feels forced or overproduced.

Following support from RTÉ and an appearance at All Together Now 2025, Rose Wallace Goldaline continues carving out a space for intimate, emotionally grounded songwriting that values atmosphere and honesty over spectacle.
