Swedish singer, songwriter, and producer Fredrik Norlindh has released his long-awaited debut album ‘Contrasting Notes’, an ambitious, emotionally rich collection that showcases his bold vision and multi-genre fluency.
Following the cinematic singles ‘Can’t You See Me’ and ‘All That Matters’, Norlindh expands his sonic universe across eleven tracks that weave together symphonic grandeur, electronic textures, indie-pop hooks, and theatrical drama. Entirely self-written, the album is a fearless introduction from a rising Stockholm talent with a flair for the extravagant.
Drawing on inspirations as varied as Muse, Lady Gaga, and Depeche Mode, Norlindh imagines a fantasy dream-team of musical legends guiding his work; from John Williams to Timbaland. But it’s his own voice, both literal and artistic, that carries the project with clarity and conviction.
At once playful and poignant, ‘Contrasting Notes’ marks the arrival of an artist who thrives in emotional extremes and musical contrasts.
