Oasis Supernova have quickly become one of the most talked-about tribute productions in the UK, earning a reputation for delivering an experience that goes far beyond simply recreating Oasis songs. Through meticulous attention to detail, period-accurate equipment, and a commitment to capturing the energy, sound, and atmosphere of Oasis at their peak, the band has established itself as a leading force within the tribute world.

With major performances already under their belt and an ambitious new production inspired by Oasis’ celebrated Live ’25 reunion shows, Oasis Supernova are raising expectations of what a tribute act can achieve. As they continue their expansion into larger venues, theatres, and festivals, we caught up with the band to discuss their pursuit of authenticity, the challenges of recreating one of Britain’s most iconic live acts, and what audiences can expect from the next chapter of their journey.

Oasis Supernova has built a reputation as one of the most authentic Oasis tribute experiences around. How excited are you to be taking that show out to audiences on your upcoming tour dates?

We love visiting new cities and playing in amazing venues. The beauty of what we do is that the crowd is always up for a great night out, and so are we!

You have a busy run of shows ahead. Which upcoming dates are you particularly looking forward to and why?

We are looking forward to our first Irish shows. The OG members of Oasis are all From Irish families and the music has a rebellious & romantic streak at the heart of it. We also have our first huge show London show coming up. That’s going to be amazing but we just love playing to Oasis fans everywhere

How does the production continue to evolve as you move into larger theatres, academies and festival stages?

Since we started, we have had the biggest Oasis show on the road, even when were playing in clubs. We recently introduced a string section, which we are now using at various shows, along with our brass section and harmonica player. It’s a huge production but along with our video screen show and Indie mix tape warm up, it’s a fully immersive night out!

What can fans expect from the upcoming shows that they may not have seen from Oasis Supernova before?

I think its fair to say, we are the closest thing to Oasis live around. We use the same instruments, microphones, orchestral arrangements and we perform live versions of the tracks, not the studio versions. Also, our band is made up of Mancunians.

Your recent performances have included major headline appearances and festival slots. How have those experiences helped shape this next chapter for the band?

They have helped us become even tighter as a band and given us a greater level of appreciation for the people behind the scenes. It has also exposed us to bigger audiences and now we have the biggest following on Meta of any British Oasis tribute.

With Oasis back in the headlines thanks to their reunion shows, have you noticed a growing demand for Oasis Supernova performances?

We were on an upwards trajectory as it was but the trickle down from the Oasis reunion has definitely brought a younger crowd to the gigs, and they are always the rowdiest!

Festival season is always a highlight for live music fans. What do you enjoy most about bringing the Oasis Supernova experience to festival audiences?

At festivals, there’s no point messing around. We usually get 60 minutes and it’s so hard to know what to have in the set as there are so many great songs. We pack in the hits, minimise the chat and try and blow people away. We have moved our gear to be in line with the Live25 sound, which is really polished, it’s cost a fortune ha ha

As the band continues to grow, are there any new venues, cities or events you are hoping to add to the touring schedule in the future?

In the UK we don’t get to the midlands or Scotland enough, so that’s an aim. We would love to visit the US and Asia, and have had plenty of requests. I’m sure it will come with time

For anyone considering coming to see Oasis Supernova on this tour, what can they expect from the live experience and why should they make sure they don’t miss it?

We are absolutely nuts about Oasis and our aim is to have people leaving having had an amazing night out with their mates. From the moment you enter the room to the minute you leave, we have great music playing and amazing support bands. Then, when it comes to our show, it is the ultimate Oasis music experience.
